- General provisions
1.1. These Rules establish the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods from the Website.
1.2. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer creates a shopping cart, provides the necessary personal information (name, delivery address, e-mail, phone number), selects a payment method, confirms that he has read the Rules, and clicks the "Confirm order" button.

- Buyer's rights and obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the e-store in accordance with these Rules.
3.2. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 days of receipt of the goods, except in cases where this is not permitted by legal acts (e.g. perishable goods or hygiene products).
3.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the specified price.
3.4. The Buyer must update their contact information if it changes and keep their login details safe.
3.5. If the Buyer receives damaged or unsuitable goods, he must notify the Seller within 2 working days and provide photos proving this.
- Seller's rights and obligations

- Cancel orders if the Buyer provides inaccurate or incomplete data;

- Use the Buyer's contact details for direct marketing, upon receipt of their consent in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to: - Ensure uninterrupted access to the e-store, except in cases of technical problems;
- Deliver the ordered goods to the specified address or provide the opportunity to collect them;
- To protect the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR.
- Inform the Buyer of any problems with order fulfillment (e.g., delivery delays).
