By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). These Terms establish the rights and obligations of the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and the seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) in connection with purchases made through the Happy Treat e-shop, accessible at www .happytreat .eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1. General provisions

1.1. These Rules establish the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods from the Website.
1.2. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer creates a shopping cart, provides the necessary personal information (name, delivery address, e-mail, phone number), selects a payment method, confirms that he has read the Rules, and clicks the "Confirm order" button.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Rules in accordance with applicable legislation and market conditions. Amendments apply only to new orders, therefore the Buyer must familiarize himself with the Rules before placing an order.
1.4. The right to purchase in the e-store is granted to:

• Persons over 18 years of age;
• Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians;
• Legal entities.

2. Personal data protection

2.1. The Buyer may order goods by providing the necessary personal information both during registration and in guest mode (without registration).
2.2. The Buyer must provide accurate data necessary for the delivery of the goods, such as name, address, e-mail and telephone number. These data are used only for order fulfillment and marketing, with the Buyer's consent.
2.3. By using the Website, the Buyer agrees to the Seller's Privacy Policy and data processing in accordance with this policy.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the e-store in accordance with these Rules.
3.2. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 days of receipt of the goods, except in cases where this is not permitted by legal acts (e.g. perishable goods or hygiene products).
3.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the specified price.
3.4. The Buyer must update their contact information if it changes and keep their login details safe.
3.5. If the Buyer receives damaged or unsuitable goods, he must notify the Seller within 2 working days and provide photos proving this.

4. Seller's rights and obligations

4.1. The Seller has the right:

• Restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the Website if the Buyer acts illegally or violates the Rules;
• Change product prices, promotions and discounts without prior notice (such changes apply only to new orders);
• Cancel orders if the Buyer provides inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Require prepayment for orders, especially for new customers or if there have been payment problems in the past;
• Use the Buyer's contact details for direct marketing, upon receipt of their consent in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  4.2. The Seller undertakes to:
• Ensure uninterrupted access to the e-store, except in cases of technical problems;
• Deliver the ordered goods to the specified address or provide the opportunity to collect them;
• To protect the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR.
• Inform the Buyer of any problems with order fulfillment (e.g., delivery delays).
